MAX'S RECOMMENDATION OF HONG KONG FAVORITE EATING PLACES

Bean Curb Store

This is one of my wife and mine favorite store to eat when we visit Hong Kong. The bean curd is very soft and taste delicious too. Another dish that you must order is the fried bean curb, it taste really good with the chili sauce. They also have the fried noodle which is nothing fantastic but not too bad - try it if the stomach can still take it.

As for the location of the store, take the MTR and alight at Mongkok station, take the D2 exit and walk across the street as shown in the map indicated by a hand and you will find it on your left. To ensure that you don't miss it, I have taken a picture of the store for your convenience.

Another good and highly recommended place to eat is the porridge store. The few dishes that you MUST try are Turnip Puddy (my most favorite dish), Ocean Empire Congee, Twisted Doughnut Ricesheet Roll (my kids and wife favorite), Deep Fried Sesame Ball and Soya milk. These are the few dishes we always ordered but I am sure there are many more that might suit your taste. Check out the menu and my recommendation on it.
